Old Boys > Old Boys and Friends of Homefield Reunion 2010
This reunion was the largest so far as 85 guests descended on Homefield School for what was a very "buzzy” evening, as one guest described it. We had experimented, moving the date from a Wednesday to a Friday, and this seemed welcome by the guests present.

Here are a few of the attendees’ comments:

" What a wonderful evening we all had yesterday - congratulations. It was an excellent idea to have the piano recital - we'll have to watch out for him on Young Musician in a few years. I thought Terry and his team produced a superb meal; it was all delicious but the raspberry crème brulée was absolutely divine! It was good to see several friends from earlier years with whom I used to enjoy afternoons on the touch line or basking in chairs by the cricket pitch” .

"A few words to say how much I enjoyed last Friday evening. The food and wine were excellent and it was good to see your old retainers so fit and active.
The announcement of the school's success on and off the field was impressive to say the least exemplified by the piano recital before dinner.
Please pass on my thanks to the Headmaster for his continuing hospitality and generosity to the Old Boys.”

It was just lovely to see so many of you relax and enjoy renewing friendships, whether recent or more remote.

Thank you to all those who attended, and we hope to have the pleasure of your company next year!
