Lost Property
Often belongings are not genuinely lost, but carelessly misplaced and we should be grateful for all the support you can give in ensuring that the pupils adopt a responsible approach to looking after their property from an early age.

Personal Belongings
Please dissuade your child from bringing expensive toys and equipment to school.  We cannot accept responsibility for their damage or disappearance.  Only one pocket-sized toy is allowed.  Small soft balls are allowed for use in the playground.

Mobile Phones
Pupils in Lower 4 and Upper 4 are allowed to bring mobile phones to school but these should be handed in the toe office for safe keeping.

Pupils in the 5th Form and above are also allowed to have phones.  These may be kept in their lockers or in their blazer.  However, they must be turned off at all times.  Permission must be sought if a pupil needs to use his phone during school hours.

Phones should be marked or easily identifiable.  The school does not accept  responsibility for any loss or damage to mobile phones.  It is therefore recommended that they are insured and that a copy of the unique IMEI number is retained by parents.
